- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.

- Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin insurance license in property and casualty.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others and grow professionally.
- Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training in insurance products and services.
