Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance coverage? Jeff Jantz – State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales & Customer Onboarding Representative who can create a great first impression while identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships.

This is a sales-focused position that combines new customer onboarding with insurance sales opportunities. You'll welcome new customers, help them get started with their policies, follow up on their needs, and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and recognize sales opportunities can help drive your success.

What You'll Do

• Build Customer Relationships: Welcome new customers and establish positive, lasting relationships with the agency.
  
• Identify Sales Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to discuss additional insurance needs and help grow customer accounts.
  
• Support Insurance Sales: Follow up with customers, discuss coverage needs, and connect them with appropriate insurance solutions.
  
• Guide New Customers: Explain onboarding steps, documentation requirements, and basic policy information.
  
• Follow Up and Stay Connected: Contact customers by phone, email, and other communication channels to keep things moving and uncover additional needs.
  
• Coordinate and Organize: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate customer records, and work with the team to provide a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of sales experience, such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  
• A customer-focused mindset with an interest in sales, relationship-building, and business growth.
  
• Good organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  
• Comfort making phone calls, following up with customers, and managing multiple tasks.
  
• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
  
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn agency systems.
  
• Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.
  
• Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45,000–$75,000 total compensation potential, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
