Salary Range: $60000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Take ownership of your sales pipeline, closing deals while setting an example for your team.
• Coach and motivate other sales agents, sharing proven strategies for success.
• Build strong client relationships and foster loyalty with exceptional service.
• Use innovative approaches to drive sales and improve team performance.
• Stay updated on Farmers Insurance products and leverage them to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
