Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and lead generation
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend coverage solutions tailored to each client's needs
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell multiple insurance products
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process and active sales pipeline

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM

• P&C Licensed in Texas Required
• Life and Health License preferred

Coachable, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
