Salary Range: $35000.00 - $40500.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the Spring area.

Create customized insurance quotes that align with the specific risks and needs of our policyholders.

Guide current clients through policy reviews to ensure they feel confident and fully protected.

Process payments and assist with general billing inquiries to keep client accounts current.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal agency management systems.

Participate in local community outreach events to help build our agency presence.

Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license.

Active Texas Life & Health insurance license.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and digital platforms simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
