Salary Range: $55000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the agency
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Provide excellent customer service to drive retention and referrals
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
