Salary Range: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage new prospects and cultivate long-term community relationships through trusted advice.

Achieve clear sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.

Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of diverse sources.

Educate prospective customers on how to best protect their families and assets.

Drive revenue by confidently asking for sales and customer referrals.

Greet agency customers, answer inbound phone calls, and assist with servicing current policyholders.

No insurance experience required we will train the right person!

Strong interest in a sales career (prior sales experience is a plus).

Willingness to obtain necessary Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) upon hire (existing licenses are highly preferred).

A confident, self-motivated individual who thrives working independently.
