Insurance Sales Rep

Youre competitive, curious, and good at turning a conversation into something useful for the customer. At Pachis Agency LLC, youll help families and businesses find coverage that protects what matters while building your own income and career.

As our Insurance Sales Rep, youll spend your days prospecting through warm and cold outreach, developing relationships with referral partners, meeting people in the community, and guiding clients through personal and commercial insurance options. Generating your own leads will be a large priority for this role. Youll listen carefully, uncover coverage needs, explain deductibles and endorsements in plain language, and confidently move opportunities toward a decision. Youll also keep your client records organized and follow the agencys compliance standards.

Pachis is an American Family Insurance agency rooted in more than 20 years of family ownership. First-year earnings average around $70,000 to $90,000, with an uncapped commission structure; top earners make $100,000+ by hitting monthly goals. The agency covers 50% of employee health premiums, provides dental and vision coverage, and offers a 401(k) with a 4% agency match. Youll also receive two weeks of PTO in your first year and paid agency holidays.

• Listen to clients and identify protection needs.
• Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance.
• Explain coverage, deductibles, endorsements, and premiums clearly.
• Maintain accurate client records and binding documents.
• Follow insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures.

• Candidate must be located in AZ, CO, GA, IL, IN, IA, MI, MA, MO, OH, WI
• An insurance license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Commercial insurance.
• Consultative selling skills focused on client protection.
• Strong agency management system and CRM skills.
• Confident objection handling and closing ability.
• Active listening and clear, concise communication.
