About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire client journey—from generating opportunities and building relationships to conducting consultations, presenting insurance solutions, enrolling clients, and providing ongoing customer service.
This is a field-based, relationship-focused sales position designed for individuals who enjoy working directly with people and developing long-term client relationships.
Compensation is performance-based, providing opportunities to increase your earnings based on your individual performance and results.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new client relationships within your local market.
- Build referral networks and community connections to generate new business opportunities.
- Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation through policy enrollment.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Stay current on insurance products, industry updates, and compliance requirements.
- Consistently work toward individual performance goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
- Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Who We're Looking For

- Open to both licensed and unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license, if required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active insurance license is welcome but not required.
- Candidates who are willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license are encouraged to apply.
- Approximately 1–5 years of sales or insurance experience is preferred.
- This opportunity is well suited for professionals who are in the early stages of their insurance career and are looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive, coaching-focused environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, or business development is a plus but not required.
