Pay: $36,000 base salary + commission + bonus opportunities

Paid licensing: we cover your Missouri Property & Casualty license

Questions people ask us

Do I need insurance experience?

No. Well train you on the products, the sales process, and our systems. If you can hold a good conversation and take coaching, we can teach you the rest.

Do I need a license?

Not to apply. Well walk you through getting your Missouri Property & Casualty license, and we pay for it.

Will I have to find or buy my own leads?

No. We supply the leads, so your time goes into quoting and closing, not prospecting from scratch.

Is this commission-only?

No. You start with a $30,000 base salary, and commission and bonuses are paid on top of it.

What does growth look like?

Strong performers can grow into a senior producer or team lead role, or take the step toward owning their own Farmers agency.
