The James Knowles Allstate Agency is looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our close-knit team!

We're seeking someone who LOVES sales, thrives on achieving goals, and has a proven track record of success. Insurance experience is preferred but NOT required. We're willing to train and mentor the right sales professional!

What We Offer

$38,480$41,600 annual base salary, depending on experience

UNCAPPED commissions! Our producers have earned an additional $10,000$55,000 annually the more you sell, the more you make!

Connect with prospective customers through warm leads, referrals, and outbound follow-up

Identify insurance needs, provide quotes, and close sales

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Collaborate with teammates and maintain excellent communication

Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge

Proven sales success, preferably in a commission-based environment
