Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand customers' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
- Quote and close new personal insurance business
- Conduct policy reviews to identify additional opportunities
- Follow up on leads and referrals while building your own pipeline
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale
- Maintain accurate client records using our agency management systems
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Requirements
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must reside in or near the Cincinnati area
- Insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
