Responsibilities


  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
  • Quote and close new personal insurance business
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify additional opportunities
  • Follow up on leads and referrals while building your own pipeline
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale
  • Maintain accurate client records using our agency management systems
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Requirements
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Must reside in or near the Cincinnati area
  • Insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
