Salary Range: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations to identify the unique protection needs of our clients.

Present tailored insurance solutions that provide actual value and peace of mind.

Maintain active communication with current policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves with their life changes.

Seek out and develop new relationships within the Dothan area to expand our community impact.

Manage incoming inquiries and walk-ins with warmth, patience, and professional expertise.

Update and maintain detailed records in our management system to ensure accurate policy administration.

Valid Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client advisory positions.

Clear and articulate communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping neighbors secure their financial future.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience using standard office software and client management tools.
