The Valley District Insurance Center is looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who want an opportunity to grow their income and build a long-term career in insurance.

We want our sales team focused on what they do best: selling, building relationships, and helping customers.

We handle marketing and lead generation internally so you can spend your time working real opportunities instead of searching for people to call.

Compensation & Career Growth

During your production phase, you'll earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with realistic earnings of $65,000–$100,000, depending on performance.

But the real upside is what comes next: the opportunity to own an agency you can build into a seven-figure business.

The compensation during the program is the on-ramp. The asset you walk away owning is the destination.

A Typical Day

• Join daily team huddles and sales coaching.
• Work a high volume of warm, qualified leads.
• Develop quotes, deliver presentations, and close business.
• Build client relationships and follow up to earn the sale.
• Manage customer information and opportunities in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales environment.
• Current insurance license or willingness to obtain required licensing.
