Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop free insurance quotes, share sales presentation offers, and close sales.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on unique clients' needs and goals.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
