We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded Sales Representative to join our Omaha team. No insurance license required to start. We will provide hands-on training and cover the costs to help you get fully licensed!

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $80000.00 per year

• Connect with prospective clients via outbound calls, warm leads, and referral programs.

• Develop tailored insurance quotes (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial).

• Perform cross-selling and up-selling reviews for existing clients.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Driven, resilient mindset with a passion for helping clients protect their assets.

• Ability to obtain a Nebraska Insurance License (training & cost assistance provided).
