Responsibilities

• Meet new clients through calls, referrals, and community outreach
• Recommend coverage that fits each clients needs
• Create tailored quotes and guide clients to a decision
• Deliver policies and follow up to build lasting relationships
• Work closely with the Agency Owner and service team to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Prepare accurate quotes and present coverage choices in clear language so customers can make informed decisions.

• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license is a Bonus but not required
• Comfort with outbound prospecting, sales goals, and follow-up
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and reliable task management
• Comfort with agency technology, email, phone, and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to meet background, appointment, and carrier eligibility requirements
