We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in the insurance industry. A Washington insurance license is not required to begin; licensing guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training will be provided.
• Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements.
