Insurance SuperAgent needed

28 year agent is looking for a leader in sales and customer service.You would start in office, sales, learning our system and philosphy.You would sell, service and and grow our existing business.  You would hire and train as needed, taking a management position.Manage marketing, budgeting and benefits.Over the next 2-5 years you would take over this agency as agencyowner, buying me out.Current cash flows are tremendous, but will improve with additional support and sales on site.This is a Golden Oppertunity for the right person, are You ready to bethat person?Pay will be salary plus commission or bonus monthly.  Prove yourself to me and Mother Allstate and money will not be your concern.Must have Awesome experience, Insurance background, sales, abilityand be willing to work hard for a great current and future benefit.We sell and service personal lines, commercial lines and financial productsso you must have a full license and be ready to hit the ground running.Serious inquires only please.
