Connect with a leading insurance company and drive business initiatives through acquisition and retention of profitable customers within the Specialty Contractor Market. Ex. HVAC, Fire Suppression, Pest Control, Landscapers, Siders, Roofers, Plumbers, Fence Installers, etc.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain profitable business relationships with existing and future clients.

• Analyze submissions from new and renewal clients to determine acceptable terms, rates, coverage limits, and pricing within assigned authority.

• Accept, decline, price, or modify underwriting risks based on the evaluation of exposures, claims history, loss control, and actuarial reports.

• Establish profitable pricing models utilizing analysis from complex submissions and previous account losses.

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of underwriting experience with a strong focus on Contracting Businesses.

• Present relationships with agents and brokers within the industry.

Generous compensation package including leading compensation up to $200,000 including annual bonus opportunities, profit sharing, equity, and company contribution to pension plan. Lead your program as you see fit with ability to meet with executives and discussion long-term vision and present action plans to meet goals. Company pays for entire family's medical, dental, and vision coverage.
