We're hiring Intake Specialists to join a busy personal injury law firm in Duluth, GA. This is a high-volume phone-based role focused on speaking with prospective clients, building trust, gathering information, and following up to help move cases forward.
Pay
$22.00/hr (English Speaking)
$25.00/hr (Bilingual Spanish)
Schedule
Training (4 Weeks)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
After Training
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Flexible schedules between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM EST
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Build rapport with potential clients
Manage lead follow-up and pipeline activity
Accurately enter information while on calls
Navigate multiple systems at once
Meet attendance, performance, and KPI goals
Qualifications
Inside sales, SDR, outbound sales, retention, or call center experience preferred
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
Spanish bilingual candidates strongly preferred
