 Intake Specialist

$22/hr (English) | $25/hr (Bilingual Spanish)

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: Week of November 15

Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (4 weeks)

Hours After Training: Flexible schedules within 7:00 AM-7:30 PM EST

Bilingual Spanish candidates highly preferred!

We're hiring 4 Intake Analysts for a busy personal injury law firm! This is a phone-based role ideal for candidates with inside sales, outbound calling, SDR, or high-volume customer service experience.

? Build rapport with potential clients

? Handle inbound & outbound calls

? Manage follow-ups and lead pipelines

? Enter information accurately while multitasking

? Work toward performance and attendance goalssales


Previous experience in inside sales, outbound calling, SDR, or high-volume customer service. Strong multitasking, communication, and data entry skills in a fast-paced environment.
