AGRILAND FS is seeking an experienced, highly organized and motivated Integrated Campaign Manager to help lead the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across our diverse business divisions.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, ideas and projects together. Working alongside our marketing team and business leaders, this individual will turn marketing strategies into actionable campaigns, coordinate resources and ensure initiatives are executed effectively from planning through completion.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business divisions.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans with clear objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership, coordinating team responsibilities and keeping projects moving forward.
- Manage campaign calendars, project workflows and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and business leaders to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign execution across digital, social media, email, video, print, events and sales enablement.
- Support campaign performance reporting and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and improve processes that strengthen communication, efficiency and accountability.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, marketing operations or related fields preferred.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to influence without supervisory authority.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, sales organizations and external partners.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, creative production and marketing performance measurement.
- Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
