Summary At this time, SCI is recruiting highly qualified candidates whose background and core values align with ours for an Integrated Master Scheduler - Development Programs in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Program Planning & Scheduling, responsible for creating, coordinating, leading, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all SCI Product Development programs, complex proposals, and change-driven activities.

What You''ll Do

• Create, develop, integrate, analyze, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex proposals, projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
• Facilitate baseline and change management, schedule integration, processes, and industry best practices across all product development programs.
• Create Summary Schedules to effectively communicate and summarize detailed IMS data to leadership and clients.
• Interface cross-functionally with multi-discipline teams including program managers, engineering, and external customers.
• Advise program managers on product-oriented Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) configurations to facilitate Earned Value Management (EVM) integration and rollup.
• Utilize Agile Methodology to plan software development activities and seamlessly integrate them into the overall IMS.
• Perform schedule analysis, highlight potential schedule risks, and assist management in meeting program and contractual schedule reporting requirements.

What You''ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated DoD scheduling experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Program Planning & Scheduling utilizing scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Deltek Open Plan.
• Demonstrated experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and schedule analysis.
• Proven experience implementing schedules that adhere to DI-MGMT-81861 guidelines and DCMA 14-point best practices.

How to Stand Out

• Extensive hands-on experience using Deltek Open Plan for complex defense program scheduling.
• Deep practical knowledge integrating software development activities planned via Agile methodology into formal defense Integrated Master Schedules.
