Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Integrated Project Manager - Cleared On-Site MAT Ramp to join our Client's team.
This position is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ.
The Test Systems organization leads the development, integration, and execution of test capabilities that support multiple programs across RTX. The team manages complex technical efforts, oversees cross functional coordination, and ensures test environments and processes meet program, customer, and delivery needs.
Position Overview
The Test Systems Integrated Product Manager (IPM) is responsible for leading sub IPMs and multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing technical execution, and overseeing multiple contracts and projects. The role partners closely with program leadership and functional teams to drive cost, schedule, and performance outcomes while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Key deliverables for this role
Lead technical execution and oversee all phases of assigned projects
Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and align deliverables with program objectives
Coordinate program planning, EVM activities, and proposal development
Prepare and deliver reviews, performance updates, and customer communications
Optimize project performance through data analysis, problem solving, and process improvements

Education Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Years of Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree
- OR 7 years of experience with an advanced degree
