We are looking for an Integration Analyst who will join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear technical requirements that support system integrations and process improvement initiatives across the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for system integrations and process improvements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for developers and testers
- Analyse data flows, API interactions and field mapping between connected systems
- Work closely with technical leads and developers to clarify requirements and support delivery outcomes
- Support integration testing by validating expected outcomes and helping investigate issues
- Maintain clear documentation for ongoing support, maintenance and handover of integrations
- Contribute across both BAU enhancements and larger project initiatives
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
- Experience in a technical Business Analyst or Integration Analyst role
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs and technical requirements gathering
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and related integration environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environment
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work across multiple systems and platforms
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics environments
