Job Description
Kforce has a client in Southaven, MS that is seeking an Integration Technician I to support technical integration activities across enterprise applications, systems, and platforms.
Summary:
This individual will play a key role in maintaining operational stability, supporting data flow between systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and assisting with the ongoing maintenance of business-critical integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to build experience in systems integration, application support, and technical operations within a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technical integration activities across various business applications and systems
- Assist with troubleshooting integration issues, data flow disruptions, and system connectivity concerns
- Monitor and maintain integration points to ensure reliable business operations
- Perform testing and validation of integrations, enhancements, and updates
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues
- Support incident management, issue follow-up, and resolution tracking activities
- Maintain technical documentation, support records, and integration-related procedures
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate and work within established technical processes and best practices
- Contribute to operational stability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, application support, systems integration, or a related IT role
- Basic understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, data movement, or application connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to analyze issues and coordinate resolutions across multiple teams
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and technical guidance
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or integration platforms
- Exposure to APIs, data exchanges, middleware, or system interfaces
- Familiarity with service management or ticketing tools
- Knowledge of business process workflows and application support best practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
