How to Submit Your Referral

1. Start in the Leidos Employee Referral Program

Visit the Leidos Employee Referral Program page for current program information, contests, prizes, and referral details. Then select Refer a Friend to Leidos to access Workday.

2. Find the right opportunity

From Workday, open the Job Search & Employee Referral worklet under Apps.

• Have a specific position in mind? Select Refer a Candidate.
• Not sure which position is the best fit? Select Search for a Job for My Candidate.

3. Submit the referral

Follow the prompts to enter your candidate's information. You'll need to select at least one Job # to complete the submission.

4. Make sure your candidate applies

The candidate must complete their application using the provided job link for the referral to be finalized.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
