The JCITA Program Manager leads execution of a high-visibility training support contract for the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy, ensuring delivery of cleared personnel, operational excellence, and alignment with Government priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day contract execution in accordance with SOW requirements
- Manage, mentor, and supervise all contract personnel (SMEs, role players, and support staff)
- Lead recruitment, vetting, and assignment of appropriately cleared and qualified SMEs to course teams
- Interface directly with Government leadership to capture, prioritize, and deconflict requirements
- Coordinate multiple concurrent, time-sensitive training activities and operational needs
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent credentialing school
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of supervisory/leadership experience
- PMP Certification (required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting Government customers in a program management capacity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agency or IC training environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, people-heavy contract
