Intense Intervention Special Education Teacher

POSITION:

Special Education teacher will work with students that have moderate to severe disabilities. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivery of individualized instruction within a specialized classroom as well as coordinating necessary supports for students participation in the general education setting. The teacher will provide direction to support staff within the classroom as well as collaborate with other special education and general education teachers. The teacher will develop IEPs and run case conferences. The skill and desire to develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Indiana Special Education License - Exceptional Needs: Mild OR Intense Intervention covering appropriate school setting
