What your future day will look like:

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and leadership during an important organizational transition.
• Evaluate financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders to support business growth, profitability, and decision-making.
• Mentor and support existing finance team members while helping maintain continuity during leadership changes.
• Recommend and implement process, system, and reporting enhancements that improve financial visibility and efficiency.

Type: Contract

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Significant experience in senior financial leadership roles, including CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller positions.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Experience improving processes, internal controls, ERP systems, and financial operations.
• CPA, MBA, or comparable advanced financial credentials preferred.
• Proven ability to quickly assess business needs and deliver practical, result-oriented solutions.
