Monarch Healthcare Management will maintain a Interim Nurse Lead position to provide temporary coverage to Monarch facilities in a time of need. It is our intent to maintain the highest level of nursing services with knowledgeable, well-trained caring staff. Travel may be a requirement for this position.
Position Requirements
Must have a valid nursing license (RN or LPN) to practice in Minnesota
Must have a valid Basic Life Support certification.
Must have experience in nursing administration at a LTC facility for a least a year
Complete all required e-learning courses by course deadline.
Abide by Monarch's Attendance & Punctuality Policy located in the Employee Handbook.
Abide by Monarch's policies and procedures.
Travel and flexibility are required as needed to meet scheduling requirements.
Scheduling Requirements
A Interim Nurse Lead will agree to be a part of the facility on-call rotation while holding a nursing facility leadership position.
Employees will be offered assignments to be based at sites as a facility nursing leader to cover an open position when the need arises.
The length of the assignment will be agreed upon in advance.
A Interim Nurse Lead will not work overtime without prior approval from the facility administrator.
The Interim Nurse Lead will understand and agree to not work more than 1560 hours in a 12-month period.
