Interim Shift Lead -2nd Shift

As a Shift Lead, you will oversee the production floor activities to achieve safe, efficient operation of quality product, ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, Coach and develop employees through on-the-spot feedback, annual performance
reviews, and corrective actions

Here’s what is needed to be successful:

•   Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality standards
  • Knowledge of machines including their limitations
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with safety rules and requirements
  • Ability to accurately use tape measures, Rockwell tester, micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to read and understand material tags and production instructions
  • Ability to correctly retrieve and input data in a computer
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Critical thinking skill
