Interim Technical Lab Consultant - Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking an experienced Interim Technical Lab Consultant for a hospital in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for a strong laboratory leader who enjoys procedure review and technical support for the lab manager. This position does not have any direct reports. 

Strong chemistry experience is required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience as a Lab Manager, Director, or Supervisor in an acute care hospital setting.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical lab operations, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
• Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and decisive leadership style.
• California CLS (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) license
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in Los Angeles for the duration of the engagement.
