Bring your technical drafting skills to a small, collaborative design studio in North Bethesda, MD, where high-end multifamily and hospitality interiors come to life through precise documentation. In this Interior Architecture Drafter opportunity, you’ll translate design intent into construction-ready drawings and support coordinated interior architecture and FF&E information.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Interior Architecture Drafter position include:
- Strong technical interior architecture drafting and documentation experience, with high-end multifamily and hospitality experience highly desired.
- Prepare and revise interior architecture drawings and construction documentation.
- Translate design concepts and direction into clear layouts, details, and technical drawing sets.
- Incorporate design revisions accurately and consistently across project documents.
- Coordinate interior architecture drawings with FF&E information and related project requirements.
- Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with intended design.
- Collaborate with designers and the project team to resolve documentation questions.
- Organize drawing files, maintain current project documentation, and manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Health insurance is offered with 50% of the employee premium paid by the company, a 3% company 401(k) contribution, and performance-dependent vacation flexibility.
