Interior Designer/Interior Architect – Workplace

We're a multidisciplinary design firm with a growing global footprint and more than a century of experience shaping some of the country's most influential spaces-from university campuses and civic hubs to luxury resorts and Fortune 500 workplaces. Our Workplace Studio is growing, and we're looking for an Interior Designer who's ready to get hands-on across a range of project types and scales.

In this role, you'll flex your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic planning across workplace environments ranging from neighborhood nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. It's a position built for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be involved in the full arc of a project-from early ideation to built results.

What you'll be doing:

No two days are exactly the same, but you can count on a few constants. Including:

• Collaborating with a team of senior interior designers and architects throughout all phases of project design and production work, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and detailing
• Engage on diverse projects ranging from small to large
• Participate in construction administration and review of submittals and finish samples
• Communicate effectively with team lead and consultants across offices
• Creatively and eloquently presenting design concepts and ideas

About you:

A great match for our team is someone who has:

• A bachelor's or master's degree of Interior Design or Architecture
• 4+ years of Interior Design or Architecture experience
• An exceptionally positive and curious attitude
• A desire to work creatively within several concurrently tight deadlines
• The ability to connect and communicate with a spectrum of personalities
• Experience in Revit, SketchUp and Microsoft Office required
• Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: CAD, Enscape, and Canva
• Willingness to occasionally travel, as there may be limited travel required
