Interior Designer | Multifamily Residential

Client:
Our client, located in Nassau County LI, is a leading real estate development company specializing in ground-up high-rise residential communities. With a strong focus on multifamily development, the company oversees projects from initial design through construction and is expanding its in-house design capabilities.

Description:
Our client is seeking an Interior Designer to join their team and support the design and development of multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and experience creating cohesive, elevated interiors for residential developments.

Responsibilities will include developing interior design packages, renderings, finish selections, and FF&E, while collaborating with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. The Interior Designer will help carry projects from concept through design development, ensuring interiors align with the overall vision, budget, and quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys working on large-scale multifamily residential projects and wants to be part of a developer's team with involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required:

• Experience designing multifamily residential projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential interior design
• Experience developing complete interior design packages
• Strong rendering and presentation skills
• Experience with FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of finishes, materials, and interior detailing
• Ability to collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines
• Revit experience preferred

Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.

Salary:
$85,000 $90,000
