Interior Designer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
  
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, and lighting
  
• Create presentations that actually impress clients
  
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams
  
• Review drawings, specs, and ensure design intent is maintained
  
• Manage multiple projects without letting anything fall through the cracks
  
• Stay on top of trends, codes, and industry standards
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of interior design experience (commercial or residential)
  
• Strong skills in space planning + design development
  
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, or similar
  
• A portfolio that shows you actually know what you’re doing
  
• Strong communication skills (because clients will test you)
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  

• Bonus Points If You:
  

  • Have experience in healthcare, hospitality, or multi-family design
    
  • Understand construction documentation & project coordination
    
  • Can take a project from concept completion without hand-holding
