Lead multiple Class A office interior projects simultaneously.
Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Drive preconstruction planning and collaborate with estimating teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Oversee contract administration, change management, and project reporting.
Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while supporting team development.

A successful Interior Project Manager should have:
5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
Strong background delivering Class A office interior projects.
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Knowledge of construction management software and project controls platforms.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
