What Youll Do:
- Develop or manage wrapping processes for interior trim parts
- Evaluate and select materials for durability and appearance
- Ensure quality standards are met on the production line
- Contribute to process optimization and cost reduction efforts

What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive trim wrapping (development or production)
- Strong understanding of materials and adhesives
- Able to interpret technical drawings and quality specifications
