Interiors Project Manager - Chicago Commercial Construction

• Manage subcontractor agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project schedules, critical path items, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Oversee project budgets, billing, change orders, and monthly financial updates with the AP/AR Manager.
• Review plans, specifications, permits, inspections, and project requirements with field teams to ensure successful execution.
• Lead project communication through site meetings, progress meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, inspections, and occupancy approvals.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with diverse TI construction experience
• Commercial, Education, Retail, or Healthcare project experience
• Strong foundation in budgeting, schedule development, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to build trust quickly with clients, trade partners, field staff, and design teams.
• Proficient with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable leading fast‑moving teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
