A substitute paraprofessional in Region 15 is hired to assist teachers with the daily responsibility of our students safety and educational experience. Substitute paraprofessionals are responsible for performing the duties typical in a school setting to include classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria and other recreational areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Strong communication skills, ability to follow oral and written directions
• Strong classroom management skills
• Strong ethical standards

Salary:

• $17.50 per hour general education
• $18.00 per hour special education
