About our College Summer Program:

College students and recent graduates are an important part of what makes S3 a great place to work. You are an integral part of our team working alongside our professionals and members. You will gain valuable insight into the credit union service organization industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

Qualifications:

To qualify, individuals must demonstrate excellent academic performance in their undergraduate program, sound business acumen, leadership potential, strong work and personal ethics and a team orientation. Superior communication and excellent quantitative skills are also required.

• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

• Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.

• Provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.

• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

• Assists in creating department-specific reporting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients professionally in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

Education:?

• Actively enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate.

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
