Intern - Claims - Data Analytics

The Claims Analytics Internship offers a hands-on experience that combines research, problem solving, and execution on initiatives that help advance MedPro''s industry leading claims results. Combining technical work, day-to-day analyses and reporting, the Claims Analytics Intern will gain hands-on experience and in-depth insight in the strategies, process, and tactics of MedPro Claims Adjudication.

In this role, you will…

• Prepare weekly claim activity reports and send out high level management metrics
• Maintain the Defense Panel list.
• Prepare semi-annual updates of the Defense Panel Scorecard.
• Prepare the monthly Claims optimization presentation.
• Work directly with Divisional Claim managers to ensure optimization of operational metrics.
• Assist in preparation of monthly International Claims files and presentations.
• Select claims and prepare forms for quarterly claims audits
• Validate monthly vendor reports and load into claim management system. Correspond with vendors.
• Assist with ad hoc claim audits and data requests
• Take on other projects as assigned.
• Participate in company and community activities.
