JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the Role

This internship is a broad introduction to how a commercial organization runs, with hands-on exposure to the team that supports it. The intern will rotate across the four Commercial Intelligence functions, work closely with the Commercial team day to day, and take on one or two dedicated projects - scope to be defined closer to the internship start based on business priorities at the time. Expect visibility with people at every level of the organization, not just the immediate team.

What Youll Work On

Business Intelligence

• Support the build-out and upkeep of dashboards and reporting (Power BI), turning raw data into something commercial leaders can act on.

Data Management

• Help collect, clean, and organize data across commercial systems so its reliable for reporting and decisions downstream.

Bid Costing

• Get exposure to how customer bids and proposals get costed and priced; support analysis on active bids.

Customer Service Operations

• Learn how order management and customer service operations work, and how those metrics connect back to the commercial team.

Dedicated Project(s)

• Own one or two specific Commercial Intelligence projects, assigned at the start of the internship.

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree - rising junior or senior preferred - in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or another BI tool is a plus, not required.
• Curious and detail-oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity - not everything will have a defined playbook.
• Comfortable communicating with people across levels, from peers to senior leaders.
• Self-starter who can work independently on a remote/distributed team.
