What will I be doing?

Project Support - Royal Palm South Beach

  • Assist Project Directors with day-to-day project coordination

  • Support construction progress tracking, reporting, and documentation

  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and dashboards

  • Participate in project meetings, site calls, and coordination efforts

  • Update Trackers and Reports

  • Complete ad hoc activities

Operations & Hotel Opening Support

  • Support pre-opening readiness activities, including: Stock & train preparation, FF&E / OS&E coordination and Area turnover sequence.

  • Help align construction progress with operations ramp-up

  • Track Marriott brand requirements and opening milestones

Design & Construction Team Support

  • Assist with capital project tracking and reporting

  • Support preparation of executive summaries and presentations

  • Help organize project documentation, submittals, and change orders

  • Conduct research on materials, systems, and construction solutions

Analytical & Administrative Support

  • Prepare meeting notes, action logs, and follow-ups

  • Support Excel-based data tracking and analysis

  • Assist in building visual reporting tools and presentations

What skills would it be advantageous to have?

  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Organization and communication

  • Interest in hospitality, development, or construction
