What makes You an ideal candidate?

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in the continuous development and improvement of information and processes required to perform quality service delivery
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
• Partner with other HR and GMF teams on special assignments and events
• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Previous internships considered a plus.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Work Experience and Education

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with at least one semester remaining at the start of the internship.
• Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA.
• Junior or Senior classification preferred.
