As part of the Inside Sales Aftermarket Internship, you will lead a project designed to deliver meaningful business value while fulfilling academic requirements. The project should focus on enhancing aftermarket sales processes, improving customer engagement, driving business performance, or increasing operational effectiveness.
The intern will serve as the project manager, responsible for researching, analyzing, recommending, and potentially implementing solutions. Company leadership will provide guidance, but the student should have ownership of the project's direction and scope.

The intern's project should strive to achieve measurable outcomes such as:

• Identification of new aftermarket revenue opportunities.
• Improved customer retention strategies.
• Enhanced customer engagement processes.
• Reduced response time for customer inquiries.
• Increased quote-to-order conversion rates.
• Improved sales process efficiency.
• Documented recommendations that can be implemented by the company.
