    Any graduate or 3-year diploma holder from any stream (Law, Commerce and Science

    backgrounds all welcome)

    Freshers and interns with strong reading comprehension and analytical thinking

    People who are detail-oriented - the kind who re-reads before submitting

    Comfortable working with dense English-language legal and property documents

    Typing speed of 30 WPM or above with 98%+ accuracy

    Willing to adapt with technology changes and learn

    Curious, proactive, and unafraid to ask questions when something is unclear

    What You Will Actually Do

    This is detailed analytical and legal documentation work - not data entry, not clerical work. You will be entrusted with real title opinions that influence multi-million-dollar investment decisions.

    Conduct full title searches (Patent Searches) for oil and gas properties across US states

    Read and interpret complex legal documents: deeds, liens, probates, divorce decrees, and Affidavits of Heirship (AOH)

    Trace and verify the chain of ownership (chain of title) to confirm clear and unencumbered property rights

    Analyze legal property descriptions

    Make independent judgment calls on ambiguous title matters, supported by documents and established standards

    Collaborate with team leads and SME's to resolve title defects and document exceptions

    Maintain strict accuracy and consistency - your work forms the foundation of investment-grade title opinions

    A Word of Honesty: This Is Not an Easy Job.

    Title examination demands precision, patience, and a willingness to learn. You will read dense legal documents. You will encounter complex chains of ownership spanning decades. You will sometimes hit dead ends that require creative problem-solving. We do not expect you to know all of this on Day 1 - but we do expect you to take it seriously, ask questions, and commit to

    the craft. If you are looking for easy work, this is not the role. If you are looking for work that builds you into an expert, this is exactly the role.

    You will not be thrown into the deep end without preparation. Our structured onboarding covers:

    Foundations of US Oil & Gas land law and property rights

    How to read and chain title using real deed records, court documents, and county records

    Legal descriptions: Types of legal descriptions

    Document types: Deeds, Assignments, Liens, Probate records, AOH, Divorce decrees

    Working tools, systems, and internal quality standards

    Mentored practice on real files under guidance of experienced examiners
