****This is for Ross Valley Elementary School District in Marin County through Placer County Office of Education****

General Purpose

Temporary Non-tenured Track Position

The Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) hires temporary contractors on an ongoing basis to support, coach and supervise teacher interns with embedded fieldwork as a part of the PK-3 ECE Specialist Instruction and Education Specialist Mild to Moderate and Extensive Support Needs Intern Program. Program coaches work with teacher interns as they learn how to integrate course content into their teaching practices over two-years; direct and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in Education Practicum Fieldwork & Supervision assigned by the program director.

Compensation:

$3,300 per intern per year, all inclusive stipend. No additional stipend provided for equipment or mileage.

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidate must be available to coach in Marin County.

If hired, must provide proof of a valid California driver's license.
